Common Athletic Questions
- Regarding a Specific Sport or Athlete: First contact the Head Coach of that Sport with your question. After that contact, call the A.D. or Assistant A.D. for assistance.
- Regarding Athletic Programs in general, SPC Rules and By-Laws concerning Athletics: Contact A.D.
- Scheduling Use of Athletic Facilities for HCHS Events: Contact the athletic office for scheduling.
- Scheduling use of Athletic Facilities for Non-HCHS Groups: Initiate through the Director of Facilities’ office for his approval and setting of fees to be charged. They will notify the athletic department for clearance.
- HCHS Coaches’ Summer Clinics use of HCHS Athletic Facilities: Initiate through the athletic office for approval of available dates on Summer Calendar and the business office for setting of fees.
