Placement Testing

Placement testing will be 9:00 am on April 21st with Foreign Language being first. Math testing will begin at 10:30 am. Students will have 60 minutes for foreign language and 90 minutes of math.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to testing to sign-in.

As a reminder, any student wishing to take a course beyond Algebra 1 (including Pre-AP Algebra 1) must take the math placement test.  We are making a change in testing for Spanish this year:  Any student who previously took Spanish and plans to continue at HC must take the placement exam, even if they plan to start in Spanish 1.  The Foreign Language would like a base-line on all Spanish students.
